Ergonomically designed, handy appendage for ease of contactless pickup of rejected product.

Food Grade Silicon Roller

The entire inspection belt comprises silicon-rubber-coated rollers. The rollers facilitate 360-degree rotation of tablets and capsules of various shapes and sizes.

360 Product Rotation

The rollers provided facilitate 360 degree rotation of tablets and capsules, which enhances inspection by making all sides of the product visible.

Easy Accessible Controls

An ergonomically placed control panel has every single control of the machine on it, so that the operators can have access to the controls at their fingertips.

Foot Breaks

The foot switch provided allows the operator to apply instant brake to the machine run, whenever a defective product is spotted. It can also be used to restart the machine run.

Illumination

Tube lights of up to 2500 lux are placed strategically over the inspection belt to provide high intensity light and elevate visibility of minimal defect on the product.
